I'm most readily available to answer on my Toyhouse, or Discord.My turnaround rate can be a bit longer than most due to personal life and work scheduling, so please keep this in mind when commissioning me. At the moment, turnaround expectancy is from 4 weeks to 3 months.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing and filling out my commission form, you are agreeing to my Terms Of Service.

I reserve the right to blacklist, or refuse service for any reason. My blacklist will remain unpublished.

GENERAL T.O.S

( 1 ) When commissioning me, please keep this in mind: I reserve the right to use any Commissioned Art or Design I've created to use as an Example for future customers. However, I'm open to the discussion of not using certain pieces.( 2 ) Crediting: Please do not upload old art or designs without first asking for my permission / asking how to credit. I dislike old art clogging my Art / Gallery and will usually remove my credit or request additional or different credit anyways. Better to ask me first!( 3 ) You may use my art as you see fit. I.E, Cropping, for icons or otherwise. You are also allowed to make pins, badges, prints, etc so long as its not for commercial use.

COMMISSIONS T.O.S

( 1 ) Payment will always be requested upfront upon agreement to the commission, unless otherwise stated by me. This means I don't accept half now, half later, etc.( 2 ) I accept USD. Payment must also be made within 72 Hours ( 3 Days ). Your commission will not be started until payment is received.( 3 ) I have a right at any given time to decline a commission, or revoke my commission and issue a refund. I also reserve the right in those moments to decide not to disclose information on why. Thank you for understanding.( 4 ) Refunds are subject to discussion based on circumstances, though this doesn't mean I'm obligated to accept a full refund request if certain criteria aren't met. Said Criteria include:- If you have a received a sketch, you are allowed only a 70% refund
of the initial funds. ( I.E, if you spent $30, you'll get $20 back. )- If you have a received a lined version, you are allowed only a 50% refund.- If you have a received a colored version, you aren't allowed a refund
as the process has already passed lining and is almost complete.( 5 ) Complex designs are $10 extra from the original base price.( 6 ) W.I.P's will be given upon request, if I am able to access my computer at the time, otherwise I will express when I will be able to send one. Progress can also always be tracked through my Trello.( 7 ) I will always message before moving onto the next stage/process. For example,
Sketch → Lineart → Coloring. If no response is given within a week, I will simply decide to move on with completing the next stage / step of the commission. I will always double check with the completion however, to make sure details & things are accurate. If 2 Week passes without confirmation, your commission will be marked as completed and it will be up to my decision on whether or not I am able to make fixes at that point.( 8 ) I must be given a clean, easy to follow / pick from Reference Sheet that fully depicts the design. Unless stated otherwise, I will refuse to use a traditional reference sheet unless clear color swatches are provided alongside the Ref.( 9 ) Sometimes I may provide more than one concept sketch (especially if the client is unsure about what they are wanting specifically). After the go-ahead on one of the sketches, I reserve the right to reuse the other concept sketch ( the pose ) in the future as I see fit.
However, I may not always provide more than one sketch!( 10 ) After given a commission, you are free to edit / tweak the commission as you see fit. I.E, removing accessories, tweaking small design details, etc. However, I ask that you please notify me and ask me first. The original art MUST be kept visible ( at least to me ). I also ask the revised pieces be credited through a link to my main account, to keep from clogging my Art / Gallery on ToyHouse.( 11 ) I give my consent to artists to color in any sketches commissioned from me. Though, I request that a untouched version of the sketch remain visible ( at least to me ). I again ask the revised pieces be credited through a link to my main account, to keep from clogging my Art / Gallery on ToyHouse.

CUSTOMS & DESIGN T.O.S

( 1 ) Concerning ToyHouse Permissions: You are allowed to private my Designs that I've created, but I request to be allowed an Access Key to be able to view said design. This is most often either to ensure I'm still able to make sure T.O.S is upheld, or simply so that I can possibly snag an old design for current Examples. Thank you.( 2 ) Similar to the above T.O.S, after you've received a Design from me, you are free to edit / tweak the Design as you see fit. However, I ask that you please notify me and ask me first. The original art MUST be kept visible ( at least to me ). I also ask the revised pieces be credited through a link to my main account, to keep from clogging my Art / Gallery on ToyHouse.( 3 ) Please do not use my designs as direct references unless given permission. This mostly means don't directly rip a Design I have made. However, I don't mind color referencing, or reference to my art specifically in help on creating certain pieces ( hair, ears, etc ). Honestly, when in doubt, just ask me. I'm pretty laid back and am willing to discuss things like this!( 4 ) Redesigns are fine so long as the original Design is kept visible.( 5 ) When re-selling one of my Designs, you may not sell for more than what it was purchased as, unless more art ( not gift art ) has been added. I.E, Commissioned pieces and personal artwork.( 6 ) You may not add on to or adjust my T.O.S / add any of your own T.O.S. My Terms of Service must remain intact and untouched. Thank you.( 7 ) I do not care about co-ownership, tradelocks, pings, etc. It is up to the owner what to do with the design, and I will not dispute any issues between two users over a Design. Please make sure to practice any of the above respectfully, and within reason.

BASES 'S T.O.S

If your unsure about certain art pieces / base T.O.S, I will usually post specifics on the page itself. However, anything else that I may have missed or generally are applicable will be here.( 1 ) If you purchase a base, you have permission to edit the the base ( and frankenstein, depending on the other persons T.O.S ) to your hearts content.( 2 ) I will not police how much your Adoptables, or YCH's sell for once the base is bought. I will however revoke access to my bases if I find you stealing or tracing P2U bases without first purchasing. This means, if you purchase the base and give it to someone else, you and that person will be blacklisted.( 3 ) Any purchasable bases will be available via Ko-Fi. If you ever loose the file, Ko-Fi allows you to re-download items you've already purchased (obviously, through the original account)!( 4 ) Crediting. If you are crediting my bases, the credits must be visible at least with links. You MUST properly credit my bases. Preferably, please credit my ( @faerings ) account, or link to the base itself. If I find anyone disregarding base crediting, I will give gentle reminders / warnings. However, if it becomes a repeat habit, you may be blacklisted.
